How to prepare a Smart Telephone Directory on Excel 2007.?

My Boss want me to prepare a telephone directory should be sorted by vendor list and also he can updated by himself as well.|||A simple list with the AutoFilter feature turn on should do the trick.





Copy in the names, details, numbers needed in the directory. Sort it however you want. Select the whole list and apply Filter (found on the Data Ribbon, click "Filter"). You can then use a pull-down tool to look up entries in the directory.
