Would you tell me the difference between Business/trade Directory and Telephone Directory?

I asked this question to know which one is the best to advertize my products /services|||Well, I'm sure you basically know how the Telephone Directory works. With the Business/Trade Directory, You can easily find companies involved in producing, buying, selling a certain product or offering services related to that product by :





*browse the categories, subcategories click on the desired product and find a list of companies involved in trading that product;





*search the databases:


for a certain company name - the result will be a list of companies with names close to the one you have searched for ;





*for a product - the result will be a list with companies involved in producing, buying, selling or offering services related to that product;








If you just have a small, local business with an actual physical location, stick to the Telephone Directory.





If you plan on having a big business website, go for the business directory. If your website is on the smaller side, look for more effective ways of advertising online, so average people who are just shopping online, can find and check out your site
