Is there a REAL online free white pages telephone directory that is not a bait & switch paid service?

Free telephone listings have been around for decades, and you would think they have migrated to the internet. In fact, this is what many companies seem to promote when I search online for telephone directories, but they invariably give me search results with NO phone number, then try to sell me some paid service in order to see the phone number.
