I have the phone called: Avaya MLX-20L with the Merlin Legend Control Unit Model 511A. I need to make a dial by name directory so when people call from the outside they can be directed to peoples voice mails. I also need to change peoples voicmails and passwords that have left the company. Thanks|||I don't believe Merlins can have a 'dial by name' directory within the phone system. That has to be set up in the voice mail system.
