Electronic large size letters telephone directory. for a senior person.?

I am having problems reading my personal telephone directory names and numbers.I am looking for an electronic one.Now i am trying to use ROLODEX.IT is still small.Please help.|||Increase the default font size for your display in Windows, I had legally blind coworkers who had a default font of pt 16 for everything.
